To ensure the ideal fit, it's important to take a moment to measure your arm. Here's a simple guide: Gently bend your arm across your chest and measure around where you intend to wear the arm cuff. Please remember not to flex or pull the tape measure too tightly, as we want to ensure a comfortable fit. In the event that you don't find your exact size, don't worry! Simply choose the next size up, and we'll make sure it fits you beautifully.
