Refund Policy

We offer returns on eligible items for exchange and/or store credit only. We do not offer refunds on any return orders. All return requests must be made within 7 days of the order date and must be clean, unworn, and have no signs of wear or damage. Certain pieces are always final sale (please refer to the Final Sale guide below).

Sets can only be returned or exchanged as a set. No individual item of a set can be returned for refund, store credit and/or size exchange.

Please visit our Returns & Exchanges Portal to begin a return or exchange. 
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Final Sale Items
Please note that the following items are not eligible for a return or exchange at any time. 

  • Custom Orders & Personalized jewelry: all custom orders or hand stamped and/or engraved are final sale and are not eligible for a return or exchange at any time.
  • Sale or Clearance items: pieces with prices ending in .99 are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Body Jewelry: all body jewelry items (arm cuffs and anklets) are final sale and are not eligible for a return or exchange at any time. Please take extra care and attention when selecting your size for these jewelry pieces. Some minor repairs and adjustments are accepted, if feasible.
