Finding Your Fit

1. Wrap a soft measuring tape around your bare upper arm at the exact point where you want the cuff to sit.
2. Keep the tape level and comfortably snug against the skin. Do not pull it tight, leave slack, or add extra room.
3. Select the size that matches your measured circumference.

This cuff allows small fit adjustments only. Repeated or forceful bending can weaken the metal.
