Finding Your Fit
- Wrap a soft measuring tape around your bare upper arm at the exact point where you want the cuff to sit.
- Keep the tape level and comfortably snug against the skin. Do not pull it tight, leave slack, or add extra room.
- Select the size that matches your measured circumference.
